Alsasha took on responsibility for doing the communal hunting. Most of the villagers do some hunting, trapping, gardening and fishing for their own food, but Alsasha always shares out what she catches with those who may have come up short and always provides the best catch for the communal gatherings and celebrations.

On a personal level, Alsasha is very private and prefers to spend most of her days and nights in the outdoors rather than in the company of her fellow villagers. She particularly seems to avoid Fantos, who, she says, scares away the game with his antics.

Alsasha has reluctantly agreed to show the apprentices the dangers of the wild and the rudiments of hunting.
